On October 7, 2023, Hamas terrorists stormed the Israeli border and invaded the northwestern Negev, murdering 1,200 people, wounding more than 5,000 and taking some 250 people as hostages. Terrorists abducted nearly 40 babies, children and teenagers. Among them are the 9 month old Kfir and 4 year old Ariel, who were kidnapped from their home with their parents. 

On April 14, 2014, Boko Haram terrorists kidnapped 276 Nigerian schoolgirls from a school in Chibok. The majority of the girls that were taken were Christians. While some managed to escape, and others have been released, a decade later, at least 90 of the schoolgirls are still in captivity. Hundreds more children have since been abducted by Islamic terrorists in Nigeria.
